Biocombination No.06 is prepared from the combination of Ferrum phosphoricum, Magnesium phosphoricum, Natrum muriaticum, Kali sulphuricum, and Kali muriaticum. Ferrum phosphoricum is indicated in the first stages of colds in the head, predisposition to colds, the first stage of all inflammatory affections, congestion of lungs, short tickling cough, croup, and the expectoration of pure blood in pneumonia. Magnesium phosphoricum is indicated in asthmatic oppression of the chest, dry tickling, spasmodic cough, difficulty in lying down, whooping cough, hoarseness of voice, soreness of the larynx, and intercostal neuralgia. Natrum muriaticum is indicated in violent fluent coryza lasting from one to three days, stoppage of nose, breathing difficulty, discharge thin and watery like raw white of egg, violent sneezing, loss of smell, and internal soreness of nose. The cough is accompanied by stitches in the liver, tickling in the pit of the stomach, bursting pain in the head, shortness of breath, and whooping cough. Kali muriaticum is a remedy for catarrh with phlegm white and thick, stuffy cold, pharynx covered with adherent crusts, asthma with gastric derangements, mucus white and hard to cough up, and whooping cough. The expectoration is thick and white, with rattling sounds and tenacious mucus in the bronchi. Kali sulphuricum is a remedy indicated in colds, obstruction of the nose, loss of smell, enlargement of the nasal mucous membranes, mouth breathing and the discharge is yellow and slimy. The chest is congested and rattling with mucus, cough with yellow expectoration, and bronchial asthma.
